Prep Time: 10 mins Marinate Time: 1-4 hours

Cook Time: 15 mins

Makes for 4 servings

Ingredients

Marinate

1 Cup Authentic Dry Cider

½ Cup Soy Sauce

¼ Cup Honey

¼ Cup Brown Sugar

3 Tbsp Lime Juice

1 Tbsp Fresh Ginger - Finely Minced

1 Tbsp Fresh Garlic – Finely Minced

Pork

4 Think Cut Pork Chops

1 Cup of Marinate

2 tsp Salt

2 Tbsp Fresh Cilantro

2 Tbsp Fresh Mint

Sauce

¾ Cup Marinate

2 tsp Corn Starch

Method

Place all “marinate” ingredients into a bowl and whisk together. In a container or sealable bag, place your pork chops with 1 cup of Marinate. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour or up to 4 hours. Take it out of the marinate and lightly dry them with a paper towel. Discard the used marinate.

Next, season with salt and place on a pre-heated grill on Med heat. Cook each side for about 4 mins or until cooked through. Allow pork to rest on a wire rack for about 10 mins before serving.

While pork is resting, take cornstarch and add a Tbsp of water to it and mix well. Heat up your remaining marinate in a pot on med heat, once it comes to a simmer add cornstarch, cook for 1 more min. Whisk as it becomes thicker.

Slice pork and spoon sauce over top. Garnish with ripped cilantro and mint and enjoy!
