Greek Layered Dip by @basicswithbails is out of this world good and it pairs perfectly with Lonetree Ginger Cider! We know what were making for dinner tonight! ā 

ā 

Prep Time: 10 minutesā 


Servings: 6 servingsā 

ā 

INGREDIENTS:ā 

1 cup herb and garlic cream cheeseā 

1 cup hummusā 

1/2 pint cherry tomatoes, halvedā 

1/2 cup kalamata olives, choppedā 

1/2 medium cucumber, choppedā 

1/3 cup pepperoncini peppers, choppedā 

1/3 cup feta cheese, crumbledā 

Fresh cilantro, choppedā 

Pita chips, to serveā 

ā 

DIRECTIONS:ā 

1) Leave the herb and garlic cream cheese out at room temperature for a bit until itā€™s soft and spreadable.ā 

2) Dice the cherry tomatoes and cucumber, chop the Kalamata olives, and slice the pepperoncinis. Set everything aside.ā 

3) In a serving dish or a shallow bowl, spread the softened herb and garlic cream cheese as the base layer.ā 

4) Spread the hummus evenly over the cream cheese layer.ā 

5) Sprinkle the chopped Kalamata olives, diced cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, and sliced pepperoncinis evenly over the hummus layer.ā 

6) Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese on top of the vegetables.ā 

7) Finish with a generous sprinkle of freshly chopped cilantro for a burst of flavor and color.ā 

8) Serve the Greekā 

ā 

Layer Dip with pita chips, tortilla chips, fresh veggies, or your favorite crackers. Dig in and enjoy all the layers of flavor in every bite!ā
