Greek Layered Dip

Greek Layered Dip by @basicswithbails is out of this world good and it pairs perfectly with Lonetree Ginger Cider! We know what were making for dinner tonight! ⁠

Prep Time: 10 minutes⁠


Servings: 6 servings⁠

INGREDIENTS:⁠

1 cup herb and garlic cream cheese⁠

1 cup hummus⁠

1/2 pint cherry tomatoes, halved⁠

1/2 cup kalamata olives, chopped⁠

1/2 medium cucumber, chopped⁠

1/3 cup pepperoncini peppers, chopped⁠

1/3 cup feta cheese, crumbled⁠

Fresh cilantro, chopped⁠

Pita chips, to serve⁠

DIRECTIONS:⁠

1) Leave the herb and garlic cream cheese out at room temperature for a bit until it’s soft and spreadable.⁠

2) Dice the cherry tomatoes and cucumber, chop the Kalamata olives, and slice the pepperoncinis. Set everything aside.⁠

3) In a serving dish or a shallow bowl, spread the softened herb and garlic cream cheese as the base layer.⁠

4) Spread the hummus evenly over the cream cheese layer.⁠

5) Sprinkle the chopped Kalamata olives, diced cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, and sliced pepperoncinis evenly over the hummus layer.⁠

6) Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese on top of the vegetables.⁠

7) Finish with a generous sprinkle of freshly chopped cilantro for a burst of flavor and color.⁠

8) Serve the Greek⁠

Layer Dip with pita chips, tortilla chips, fresh veggies, or your favorite crackers. Dig in and enjoy all the layers of flavor in every bite!⁠
