Greek Layered Dip by @basicswithbails is out of this world good and it pairs perfectly with Lonetree Ginger Cider! We know what were making for dinner tonight! â

Prep Time: 10 minutesâ
Servings: 6 servingsâ

INGREDIENTS:â
1 cup herb and garlic cream cheeseâ
1 cup hummusâ
1/2 pint cherry tomatoes, halvedâ
1/2 cup kalamata olives, choppedâ
1/2 medium cucumber, choppedâ
1/3 cup pepperoncini peppers, choppedâ
1/3 cup feta cheese, crumbledâ
Fresh cilantro, choppedâ
Pita chips, to serveâ

DIRECTIONS:â
1) Leave the herb and garlic cream cheese out at room temperature for a bit until itâs soft and spreadable.â
2) Dice the cherry tomatoes and cucumber, chop the Kalamata olives, and slice the pepperoncinis. Set everything aside.â
3) In a serving dish or a shallow bowl, spread the softened herb and garlic cream cheese as the base layer.â
4) Spread the hummus evenly over the cream cheese layer.â
5) Sprinkle the chopped Kalamata olives, diced cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, and sliced pepperoncinis evenly over the hummus layer.â
6) Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese on top of the vegetables.â
7) Finish with a generous sprinkle of freshly chopped cilantro for a burst of flavor and color.â
8) Serve the Greekâ
