INGREDIENTS:ā
1 cup herb and garlic cream cheeseā
1 cup hummusā
1/2 pint cherry tomatoes, halvedā
1/2 cup kalamata olives, choppedā
1/2 medium cucumber, choppedā
1/3 cup pepperoncini peppers, choppedā
1/3 cup feta cheese, crumbledā
Fresh cilantro, choppedā
Pita chips, to serveā
ā
DIRECTIONS:ā
1) Leave the herb and garlic cream cheese out at room temperature for a bit until itās soft and spreadable.ā
2) Dice the cherry tomatoes and cucumber, chop the Kalamata olives, and slice the pepperoncinis. Set everything aside.ā
3) In a serving dish or a shallow bowl, spread the softened herb and garlic cream cheese as the base layer.ā
4) Spread the hummus evenly over the cream cheese layer.ā
5) Sprinkle the chopped Kalamata olives, diced cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, and sliced pepperoncinis evenly over the hummus layer.ā
6) Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese on top of the vegetables.ā
7) Finish with a generous sprinkle of freshly chopped cilantro for a burst of flavor and color.ā
